I've actually been awaiting Evil-Orange-Man to remember Judo and announce: "I've decided we no longer need a wall - or border patrol, customs, or ICE. I've hereby ordered all of these forces to return to their offices and take the rest of the month off."

Somewhere in the UN Bank of International Settlements there must be a per capita agreement to split up or distribute large holdings of off book money or Tax payments based on the number of live bodies in a given country. Perhaps the replacement of the failed US Petro Dollar System will be with a resource based electronic system that requires a reevaluation of the world resources. There is a reason why they are trying to pack all these countries with as many immigrants as possible. They certainly aren't bringing all these people in because they give a shit about their quality of life, but they are the most easily relocated resources on the planet.

Are they instituting a new financial system monetization policy where at least a component of the system is based on Human Resources as chattle, where countries are speculating on tax payments received per capita, economic productivity per capita, and life insurance policies being taken out on each human in a country & once someone dies, the country pays their outstanding debts out of proceeds collected & confiscates their remaining assets?. If you think about it, it's just sort of an expansion of the Rothschild Western economic model that has existed in the 5 I's countries to the rest of the world.

Was that the basis of the Paris Agreement for the New World Order?

The Army Corps Of Engineers have been building dykes, stream banks, canal systems and a host of other projects for a very long time. No reason they can't build a wall.

There's more than one way to skin a cat. And the DOD has a yuge budget. And Trump is the Commander in Chief.
