There's gunna be a bed of cotton inside the mesh. The little cables must help draw the liquid up to it.

I got the exceed d19 kit in today from the my freedom smokes Labor Day sale. I like this little guy. Several airflow options. I like the exceed coils, already use them on my edge aio. Small and very portable but still a good vape. Added bonus, the tank fits well on the minivolt also. Also got a couple of boxes of triton mini coils. I’ve been on a toodle puffer kick here lately.

I won one of those when they first came out this year. I love it. The only thing I didn't like were the flat-head screws. I replaced them with old griffin screws so I could use a hex key. But that's minor. The way it vapes is awesome and no leaks whatsoever.
