I think I mentioned it in the introductions thread but I've never been a smoker but I picked up vaping as sort of a hobby, and then again to try to quit dipping. I've read a lot of stories of how it helped so I figured why not? Anyway, I've been vaping at 3mg nicotine and for about a month, I was tobacco free. The family took a vacation and I couldn't vape in the car (wife doesn't want me vaping around the kiddos) so I grabbed a couple of cans to get me through the trip. The problem is that it's been harder to quit again than it ever has. The biggest issue is that when I'm working, if I don't have a dip in, I drag and yawn every few minutes like I just haven't had any sleep.
I am a subohming fool, and when I can, I basically chain vape. If I double the nicotine to 6mg, do you guys think it'll help me quit the can? I just don't really like throat hit.
