When I shop online I look mostly for products I know and if I never seen it before I look for alot of info on the product, customer/user reviews. But the company I shop with needs good customer service, and good customer reviews. The price doesn't need to be the lowest out there but priced fairly, not triple the wholesale price. a company with all that plus good shipping prices and times I'm loyal in my shopping.

Like others have said, security is a big one for me I'm very careful about the sites I enter my card information on. Customer service is up there as well, I don't like ordering from a company or site that takes days to respond to questions or problems. And of course, quick shipping times, good pricing, and reasonable shipping costs always help as well.

Also thanks for the chance, I've been eyeballing this mod as summer is coming up and I'll be spending a lot of time in the water.

Quality above all else. Second would be price, but I'll gladly pay the extra to support a good local shop vs an online shop. If I do order online, then site reviews are really important to me(Are the products just as pictured/described on the site? Shipping costs and times? How is the customer service?)

I have concerns if clones are clearly marked. I don't mind buying them I just want to know. I also look at what previous customers leave as feedback. Being positive goes a long way!! I also remember a vendors interactions on the forum with complaints or concerns.

Many things factor into my decision to buy e-cig products online. If I know which product I want, then I search for the best price and customer reviews of the vendor. Having good customer service is very important - I'm willing to pay a little more for better service. Some things I don't mind waiting for overseas shipping and especially if the price is great. If I'm in a hurry for something, I will pay more to order it from a supplier that I know will ship quickly.

First Impression this mod is built tough and works just like a evolv board but with 10 more watts. Liking it so far but only had it two hours.
