Price is a big factor for me. One of my main goals quitting smoking was to save money. That said, if a product is affordable because it is poorly made, then there are no real savings since it will cost money to replace the faulty item.

Personally for me my biggest concerns buying online are quality, and site security. Having had my CC info stolen once, I'm rather leary of using it online again with an unknown site.

Price and site security as many have mentioned. If the item is cheaply made that does not make it better. things which are affordable as well as well made are the best which leads to site security. i don't want to use my credit card on a sketchy site so i looks for reviews abotut the website and such before even considering a purchase. So ya reviews are also a big thing. no reviews of the products or website or seemingly fake reviews, as in no negative reviews even though every site will have atleast 1 bad review(can't please everyone), leads me to think the website is really sketchy and not worth my business.

Main concern would be if the temp control does work correctly and if it is truly water resistant. Guess both of these would fall under quality.

What concerns me most is a mix between cost of shipping, warranty/customer service, shipping time, price and quality. I dont have an issue buying online or even from over seas but hate to wait more then a week to get an item. Also don't like not having any protection should there be a manufacturer defect. If shipping is outrageous I wont do it. If its going to take a month to ship to me I will pay more to get it elsewhere.

The biggest concern I have when purchasing e-cigarette products online is quality. If you look around, you can find so much stuff at such great prices online. I have fallen into the trap of getting things when the prices seemed too good to be true many times. Ordering the more inexpensive items usually does me a disservice in the long run. The products that I have gotten the most use and enjoyment out of have all been the better, higher quality, name brand, well-known items.

For me personally, my biggest concerns when purchasing an item online is quality of the product then price, as @iota said it's too easy to get burned on cheaper products that don't hold up. I'd rather spend a little more for a quality item that will last than have to buy 2-3 of a cheaply made product in the same time frame. I do tend to purchase more often from vendors that ship quickly and have good customer service to back their products up!

Everything each member has mentioned is a big and important concern, but I would say that customer service is what concerns me the most. I will gladly spend a little more to deal with a company that does things the right way and looks out for the customer. I know it isn't always easy, but I really appreciate when something goes wrong (maybe you receive a faulty product or the shipping gets screwed up) and the person that I am dealing with treats me fairly and looks at it from my perspective. The thing that concerns me most is that I am dealing with a reputable, secure site. I have to be able to trust who I am dealing with, so I make sure that there are good reviews...or more importantly, I make sure that there are no bad reviews about any vendor that I am looking to purchase from. I most often find myself concerned with shipping. Cost and timeliness. I believe vendors should have shipping options from more than on provider and an assortment of prices as such. I hate when items are lost and delayed with no excuse by USPS in particular.

My biggest concern when purchasing gear online is that the vendor is reputable, I research them, I read their on-site reviews to ensure it's actual customers! After that I am willing to pay a little more for quality juice or gear so long as their customer service is actually existent.

Then, once I place an order, if they ship their items securely and in a neat manner...I will be a repeat customer without hesitation.

For me, service is the most imp thing when buying online. Payment is not a big issue as i only use PayPal and use credit card only for reputed sites. I do have concerns about shipping, such as; will my package arrive within the proper time? Will it be in a great condition after being in so many hands?
