A while ago I got some Ijust 2 heads from them since they are much cheaper than anywhere else. They were labeled as authentic, but when I received them the security code was cut off. I then tried the heads and they were not good at all compared to authentics of the same resistance I've gotten other places. They were .5 ohms just like the same heads I've gotten elsewhere, but they took forever to heat up and would get a burnt taste within a day as opposed to a week.
I complained to Fasttech and they kept insisting that the heads were authentic, and they just have to take away the security code for some reason in order to sell them for cheap. This seems like a scam to me. After a ridiculous two weeks of daily emails arguing back and forth and sending videos of the heads not performing, they finally gave me in store credit for what I paid for them.
This doesn't seem right to me. They can't call something authentic unless they have proof. Do you think Fasttech is a scam, or do they actually sell authentic parts when they say so?
