This is a Photoshot Crap pic of what I am trying to explain for the Actually Tank Layout. It should be much cleaner in the over look but this is where I was going with it, Think VCMT 25mm size but with some changes.

OMFG, i want that and i want it NOW, an all Delrin cap, top heat sink fins, chamber takes half the tank with short chimney, huge wick holes, huge capacity, no top airflow for me? and what about the build deck? copy the Tsunami deck and i buy 10 of these!

Leon come on and manufacture that beast NOW!

Top Airflow could be a separate option, much like hows geekvape did it. The Airflow Rings I wanted to be able to change out also so there could be different styles and airflow options. Like a band thats wide open, a band with a thin cut across, a band with arrows like this on it <<<< >>>> for tighter flow and some tank style. I still need to draw the deck out for Leon with the Airflow and Juice Flow features I stated. Its should be much like the diablo RTA with a l;ow deck profile and airflow that comes from blow and away so the air hits the coils at around 45 degrees.

shit Leon if you collaborate with raymo2u and make that happen your company would really be the next big name in vaping, given you make it with excellent quality and good machining, also make it a fully modular platform, top airflow accessory, glass chamber accessory, different airflow styles, different top cap styles .. OMG ...

Your chimney should be a little bigger. Skinny chimney's restrict flavor and airflow. Good idea, however.

I was going for a 6mm ID for the Chimney, thats wider then most 510 drip tips at the base. it should be a free flowing system with no chokepoints other then the airflow and the coils.

You guys will never guess what showed up here early...

Agreed, maybe an 8mm chimney for a chuff style tip, would be nice to keep huge airflow going and not get hot for larger builds. . 510 adaptor for a neck down would be option 2 in the kit. Like a mutation v4 tip or similar

I still need to draw up the Deck but the rest of the tank is configured. Here's what it will somewhat look like, it will be much cleaner laid out but this gives an image to the RTA. Augvape is actually calling it the Raymo RTA lol The black Delrin top/tip will have serrations on 2 opposing sides for easy removal and it will unscrew in about 3-4 turns. The juice control is elongated for actual juice control. The deck will be much like the Diablo-low profile and lower in the base so the juice channels can flow downwards to you cotton rather then meeting you cotton or rising up to meet the cotton. It will have Velocity Posts, Double Vision Posts and Possible Blocks like the New Twisted Messes RDA or the Aeronaut/Goon RDA and all these can be swapable. The deck itself will be 20mm to work with and the Chamber will be much likke the Griffin, almost hugging the Glass with just enough room for the liquid to get through. The Chimney will have a internal ID of 6-8mm (havent decided yet), this will allow a straight through system for air and vapor without choke points-The 510 adapter will have a dome and funnel it to the correct size ID. It will also be domed for best flavor concentration.

I want the AFC to be changeable with different rings and hole styles to choose for the perfect draw. Every part of the Tank that can be unscrewed will have some knurling but it will not be overdone everywhere. I want this RTA to be the last RTA anyone would possibly want for the types of builds we like, with sufficient capacity and ease of use. You will be able to take the Tank apart with the Tank full of juice to get to the deck. Wicking will be easy and simple, the juice will do most of the work. The Airflow is a bit more complicated and I am still thinking of how it should be done but I want it to come up from the side and hit the coils at a 45 degree angle, this way after it hits the coil it will immediately head for the chimney and no flavor will be lost, also no turbulence issues.

2 Orings will hold the Glass at the Top like shown and the bottom of the Glass will be laid on a Oring or Gasket, the Chamber will flange out and be what the Glass/Gasket rests on.

Have you come up with any logos or laser etching? Or a render with maybe knotches istead or knurling, would be a tad more appealing asthetically as the etching doesn't seem to blend with the polished look of the deck. Just a thought, sounds good so far

Sounds like you thought this tank all the way threw! I especially like the swappable airflow rings, that way I can cut it down with out getting an anyone whistle or turbulent airflow.
And making as quite as possible is must my friend!

There wont be much if anything on it polished. That pic is just an idea of what it will look like. I will be coming up with logos and more once the rest of the tank is drawn up....I just started this this morning and most of it will be easily done..the rest might not go as smoothly so I am not trying to rush it. I want a product that works very well and not cobbled together so I am going to try different variations of the visual appeal but the main features will stay intact.

Ive been piecing this RTA together for a while as a fun thing to do and now that Augvape wants to collaborate I am fitting everything Ive liked and including changes I would make to other products in the design. It should be just about flawless in everyway without any wishing for improvements.

Raymo RTA is a very good sounding and looking name by the way, could be abbreviated as the RRTA, you should have Raymo leaser engraved on the top cap and chamber along with that anonymous vaper avatar of yours, that would look so sexy.

will it have liquid flow control? also can you make it smile? because it looks like a one scared face to me, picture your design as a face and you will see how scared it looks :)

Its a damn Photochop...lol Thanks for the support ;)
The juice controls will be Oblong and oval in shape so the JC will actually be a working piece instead of Open and Closed like most. Im not sure what will be done for the Logo or engraving but Leon thinks thats what it should be named and Im not going to complain or argue about it :)
Thoughts on this for the Logo on the Chimney? Possibly have it laser cut in 2 different directions of lines so both sides show..
Anonymous-Guy-Fawkes-T-Shirt.jpg

The airflow ring will have different designs and cut out for different types of settings and air flow control. One will be wide open like shown, one will be a thinner cyclonic hole, one will have Arrow cutouts going both directions (like this <<< >>>). This RTA should check most peoples boxes for what they want and if anyone has any suggestions my ears are open, I would rather have a product made that people will use and enjoy rather then something hashed out and isnt actually functional.

The color scheme I feel will be best is the Red/SS look, especially with the Knurling, the Knurling will be SS and the rest a nice bright anodized or plated metallic red. Maybe a Black and Gold version will happen also...for my Exodus :D

Ive got to try some builds tonight so I can find one that I enjoy on the Exodus, I havent built for a Parallel Box in a while and I want the heat Im not getting with my current builds, the Griffin with the Alien Framed Staples are the best so far on it.....

Ive submitted my Deck, AFC, Post setup and Wicking sketches so the Raymo RTA should be basically mapped out and then its time for refinement ;)

I cant wait to test the Alleria RTA, I think it'll suit the Coilporn crowd nicely.

I did but the Velocity is overall a better design to give with the RTA, the RTA will feature swappable posts of different types-Velocity, Double Vision, and Blocks

Mr. Raymo the great inventor of the RRTA, could you please make this support a single coil as well by adding a blocker to block one side of the deck, also can you make it vertical friendly? maybe one base with velocity style for horizontals and another base especially for verticals, with vertical wicking friendly chamber?

I know this is to much to ask from one single RTA, but if you make it modular it could be achievable :)
