we don't want Steve saying everything is sick as tits I could watch Rip for hours for the pure entertainment value! Plus I love his reviews. Though he's not the only reviewer I watch. Everyone brings something different to the table. But he def makes me laugh and that's a good thing. Can't say that about a lot of things today!
Believe me, I don't like everything (far from it). I have my share of rants as I'm sure @mjag can attest to. I really don't want people here to try something I was talking about and be unhappy.Just FTR I love Rip Trippers. Yes, he gets excited about nearly every product and makes them all look great (and that's what reminded me of this thread b/c we're all so excited about this stuff and the 'new thing' is endlessly replaced with an even newer thing... even before the last thing new arrives in the mail)

But it IS undue. You are a huge asset here, along with many others. All you are doing is relaying your experience, likes and dislikes, and sharing your knowledge. The rest is up to the receivers to do with that what they may! Not your responsibility, and besides what is there to complain about? You can never lose buying quality equipment. If you don't like it you can always trade it for something you do! It's all good!Give yourself the credit you deserve for all the time you spend helping others. That's where the focus is.

I don't know, I haven't watched him since he gave the the anti-vaping crowd the best gift possible.

I haven't watched any of his videos since he became a shill, quite a while ago....
Not to start a riot, but if referring to his video on hydrating, imo the negativity directed his way was unwarranted and partly spurned by jealousy. Rip is a very young man and had a new baby not long b/f all that turmoil broke out. He's making a living to support his family. I don't think he sold out vapers by saying he feels better when he hydrates, and badly when he doesn't. I do too. And I need more hydration since I started vaping and when I don't get it every muscle is sore in the morning. Imho people overreacted. He's helped vapers tremendously by his reviews. I think he was unfairly targeted. JMO.
But I apologize for bringing him up. I like him so much I forgot what a polarizing figure he is. I am truly sorry for disturbing the fun flow of the board. I'll shut up now.

In the past I've only seen Nife sold at German shops. That's probably why I haven't tried it until now. I need more time with it to have a solid opinion, but the preliminary findings are good so far!

Who is the guy I'm thinking of though.... he has a warning that he "says eff a lot" before the video starts... covered in tatts... filthy mouth... but I actually learned something from one of his reviews no one else mentioned about a tiny little part in a tank and to be careful when taking it apart.... Everyone adds something.

I use ms edge... I reckon my issue, is with the 430 I went through crazy wire and have 2 spools, - both are all over the map with tc and quite frankly a pain in the ass.
if the nife52 proves to be as good as it looks, it will eventually be the next big thing and everyone will have it
@dwcraig1 mentioned this place a couple of pages back. I'm not sure if he ever ordered from them, but they carry it. I can't remember where my friend got his from. I'll ask him tomorrow.

Nife isn't really new. It's just mostly sold in Germany and for the most part on the expensive side. Most of it is does the metal in question give off any bad things when heated? If so, at what temperature. Some wires like Ni200 are ok if kept to 600F or less but can be not so good if heated higher. That's why it's TC only and you shouldn't dry burn it. Not sure if I really answered, but I gave it a shot.

mostly I use common sense and research the metals. point I'm trying to make is, that's something you'll have to decide on your own, and don't take what anyone on any forum says to seriously otherwise
