They're being very cautious about this right now, but the outcome is pretty easy to see. Islamic extremist with a Jihad against Americans and homosexuals. ISIS pukes are already calling him a martyr for Islam. Omar Mateen. They are now calling it a terrorist attack as I write this post.

Hiya Vapin my friend!Hello, Mark, Jimi and MK.
Good morning @ lovwerks and Liz my friendsGood Morning to @Whiskey, @MKPM, @pete67, @always9988, @SirVtHondaGuy08, @Markw4mms, @Boattlebot, @Skullzz, @kimber, @boriqua75, @Liz Wonder (my baby's still sleeping - she's back down to a size two - so lovely!), @Break-19, and the inimitable @Saddletramp1200; @itsmenotyou, @AndriaD, and @Thejackson5 (has he been around? If not, he is missed); @Jimi, @Vapin4Joy, @Huckleberried (aka 'Huck'), @celticluvr, and if I've missed you - please forgive me, as my Caribou coffee is just beginning. Over here - it's almost 5:40 AM, and that's pretty early for the likes of musical-types.
We've got everything cleaned up at the new place - and, today - Sunday - is furniture delivery day numbah two... we get our electric loveseat; one more table to go in-between our two beige and one chocolate chaise lounges (miniature versions of the proverbial 'couch' that psychoanalysts used from the 1950s through the '70s - so comfortable!) also being delivered today; and, three off-white runner rugs to go underneath the chaise lounges. Mom is coming out today from Denver - she just had her first cataract surgery on 6 June, and she's so happy to be able to see the world.
Poor Liz grabbed one of the limestone set into the mortar of our fireplace, and it came loose. So, we had to go back and get a caulking gun, and a tube of mortar adhesive to remount the stone. I thought I had used enough of the adhesive, and held the stone up there for 15 minutes. I went and awoke Liz from a nap, and said, "Look, honey! It's back up there, right in the same spot!" I was so proud of myself.
A moment later, the limestone hit the front of the hearth, and bounced to the floor. The thinner part of the stone broke off. Not to be deterred, I squeezed large amounts of the adhesive on the back of the stone, and more to seal the broken piece back in its place. Liz wiped off the excess as I held it together, and I remounted the stone to the fireplace.
I stood there, leaning on my cane, and held it in place for over twenty minutes, while pushing the broken piece tight into the cracked area. After finally letting go, my back screaming, we went to sit down. I was in my power chair; Liz sat on my rollator.
We sat there for another twenty minutes, staring at the fireplace. We probably looked like morons, as we stared intently at the stone. Thankfully, it finally held. Liz did such a good job wiping the excess adhesive from the front of the stone, that it looked like it never happened. We did it.
Yesterday hit 95 degrees - but, what a difference compared to our old place. I DO NOT miss the insane humidity.
It turns out that our kitchen faucet was made in France. Our Culligan faucet filter would not fit, and we went through craziness to find a female-to-male adapter to make it work. 13/16 inch, with 27 thread. It was probably metric.
I remember a visit to Paris. If you butchered their language, you were stared at with disdain. The faucet was just like that.
It had to be ordered. A major PITA, to be sure. We pick up the plumbing parts on Tuesday. The threads are already wrapped in Teflon tape, and the aerator is not screwed on. I suppose that I'm just stubborn...
May everyone's Sunday be restful, and cathartic. I received texts from my progeny, and that was welcome. I miss them both.
A quick nap. Then, hello Mom.
We love you guys -
LW & Liz (later, I get to spray Round Up on all of the weeds in our driveway, sidewalk, and the landscaped stone and ground tapestry brick... more fun for Harry Homeowner )
