At that weight you would not have been able to show her...she exceeded standard. Some of the European bloodlines (direct bloodlines) do get bigger. My #1 biggest pet peeve about my dogs is everyone always asks me, "are your rottweilers German or American?" Dumbasses.....THEY ARE ALL GERMAN! No such thing as American or German....the Rottweiler was created from the ancient Roman drover dog, and it was created in Rottweil Germany. The European Rottweiler standard (as set by the ADRK) and the American (AKC) standard are EXACTLY THE SAME therefore, the dog should look the same....but they don't and why is that you ask?....there is properly bred and poorly bred. End of story.....:cuss2:
ok rant over lololol.

If you ever want another Rottweiler message me. I know over a dozen ethical breeders who can provide you with a quality, healthy puppy.

@Skullzz, you're right. One of the main problems in North America is overbreeding. In other words, keeping the bloodline too pure (breeding sires and madames from the same litter). It happened with St. Bernards in the 1970s, Dalmatians in the '80s, and Pit Bull Terriers in the '90s.

Greed, once again, is the reason behind unethical breeding. Puppy mills make Liz and I sick to our souls.

We love our Australian Shepherd (we thought he was a Border Collie, but a recent veterinary visit proved otherwise, due to a forward 'hump' in his nose, and a protruding bone ridge at the back of his head), and our Irish Setter mixed-breed. They're pals.

1: Their "HQ" or "Mecca"(which is the holy land in Islam nothing to do with Mormons) is Salt Lake City, UT or if you called Joseph Smiths birthplace the "Mecca" that would be South Royalton, VT. So unless you lived in either of those you were down the road from a church or possibly a temple.
2: Be careful when it comes to talking religion, you never know who might get offended

I'm not trying to be a dink I just loath when people mention religion and have zero idea of what they're talking about, to some it's their live.

Well put, @SirVtHondaGuy08. Our backgrounds (being from New England) heard this epithet, many times:

"You shouldn't discuss politics and religion at The Corner, er, the dinner table!"

I LOATH puppymills! My female rottie, Shyloh, is a puppymill pup. I rescued her when she was only hours old. I helped my local rescue clear out a puppymill in Lancaster Pa (Pennsylvania is puppymill capital of the world by the way) and they let me adopt one of the rottie puppies that was just born. I didn't get her until she was 8 weeks, but I got to watch her grow up during her first 8 weeks because my friend fostered mom and puppies. I went and visited her every day. It was very special and we have a special bond now.

Many MANY years ago, I was in a relationship with a young lady from Perry County, PA

You could be riding a motorcycle down the road, and your olfactory senses would be hit with dog feces.

Puppy mill, circa 1980.

Hey jimi. hope stuffs going easier.
I normally tell the purfume bathers it is soap and water not whore and corpse.
I was up wind from one who had on so much vicotora's stench that it was in a cloud 20 feet from her.
I heard her snarky shit and got up in her face and just calmly said "at least I do not smell like a whore's corpse at 15 paces... for fucks sake lady at least pig pen's dirt cloud stayed at his feet... you could choke a fucking maggot... oh and fuck off!"

I think I love you!!! :blowkiss: This made my week!!!!:vino:

I felt that way too then the place I worked closed down. I drew unemployment and looked for another but at at my age none were taking old guys with all the young ones out there,. So when it ran out I just retired early, had some money saved up thought I'd be alright then the cancer took it all.At least I had 4 good months before that happened.
Sorry things worked out that way, my friend. I understand where you're coming from on multiple levels. My sister is battling lung cancer, and it's not easy hearing what she's going through living as far away from her as I do. I'd like to be there for her, but right now it's impossible.
I can also relate to the difficulty in finding work at our age. I'd love to do something different, but it's damn near impossible to find anyone willing to hire a man who's almost 60. I outwork people who are young enough to be my kids every night, but no one wants to hire us older folks now days.

(((((LOVE & Prayers))))))

Good morning folks

Funny. We seem to be headed in opposite directions. I find myself enjoying the shit out my mechs

I am a lazy vaper now. I used to love my mechs, but not so much now. When I started, everything was a mech. I have a Subzero Comp and a Manhattan I will be selling on the site soon enough.

when you have someone on "ignore" can they see your posts at all?
ignore does not work with crapatalk.

if you ignore someone they cant see you and you cant see them - it is as if neither one of you exist to the other.

BUT... tapatalk does not see the ignore feature so its as if you did not ignore the person there.
