I do some work in real estate and rentals and the rent out here in S. Cal is crazy. I SMH when I put up an ad for a rental thinking, dayum, that's some high rent and still I get a lot if interest and they rent quick. This isn't in the real high rent areas like San Diego or LA either, they probably average 2500 to 3k a month rent, my average is about 2100 a month.
they just build some apartments near me and they are renting them for 2300 a month. my neighbor rents the house from the owner and she pays 2600 a month for a 3 bedroom thats smaller then mine. it's crazy
yeah man I have found the worst of the worst apartments for rent and a studio will cost about $1200 its really sick. I don't understand why it's so expensive. there is something really deeply wrong with California. a lot of people here are strange too. I really miss living in Moose Lake, Minnesota.
