For anyone who won/will win in the future & they ask you to purchase first on Amazon (fast shipping) & they promise to reimburse you, don’t hesitate, I’ve found @Shenzhen XTAR to be trustworthy & reliable. They reimbursed me in 2 days & thats with Saturday (non-working day) in between.

I won 1 of the same at a different site almost 1 month ago, it still hasn't shipped. Iv'e gave up. Hope this one works good for you. :)

Got my XTAR PB2 yesterday as well. It'll be good to have in the car, just in case, since I don't keep extra charged batteries in there. It's well made and has a soft coating.

I love mine! I also love the smooth soft coating on it & love that it’s so lightweight just toss in my bag & go!
