thats the bad thing about buying something either when they first come out or paying top $ for it then a couple months later the price drops. Makes it hard to get your money back out of it when you try to sell or trade.

Although this may change with the 8/8 regs. If there's a complete blockade on new devices, all of the old standards will hold their values better, especially mechs.
