So does that mean you have one you would sell or you have one that's not for sale? Lol

It means that even though I have a pretty wife & 4 dogs I adore, there is only space for that wrench next to me in my grave

If you can’t find one looks simple enough to make, plastic bar measure and score with calipers, drill holes and insert small steel rods. I always use my ceramic tweezers on contacts with the two holes, but understand some don’t want to scratch expensive contacts.

Pen blanks from ebay also make nice attractive handles. I was using SS washers that were filed after having given up trying to find one myself. Then wandered onto the pen blanks and put some 16 gauge wire in the end of it and viola. Let me see if I can find that other pen blank. Will ping you privately if I do.

get a wood dowel and 2 nails, cut the nail heads off...

Want a fancier looking one?

Get a plastic rod...heat up 2 nails, plunge...cut nail heads off

Want to get super fancy smanshie?

Buy an aluminum rod... get a small drill bit... drill said hole... epoxy 2 small steel rods in its place...cut small rods down to depth.

Want even more... just kidding, thats all I have...

There's a reason they call me gadget!

After reading the suggestions given here, thanks everybody.
I decided to see what I could find around the house to make a tool.

I'll post what I done below the photos.

Tide to go...

It really is magic :)

First I put some hard nails in the bottom of the pen (they are 1" finish nails) then I filled the bottom with hot glue to hold the nails in place. Then I found some metal tubing that just fit inside the tube itself for structure and to make it feel more solid.
The top pops out so I pulled it out and put a small copper brush in it, again using hot glue to secure it.

So now not only do I have the spanner tool, I have a brush to clean the contact periodically without having to disassemble the switch.

if all you want is cleaning up the top of the contact, before i bought the tool i used to just insert a pencil, the ones with the white eraser, into a drill and go to town with that. Works well.

Still you may want a tool for disassembly. The V2s can be done without it, the v3s cant

Aww, the poor little Tide to Go pen. Was still exciting.

I bet if you bought all the ones from the shop, you'd make out like a bandit, here!
I wouldn't want to do it for profit here, I asked him if they would sale outside of the store and he said they don't do that.

I would be happy to grab one for anyone that needs one for what it cost me.
15.00 + Idaho sales tax (6%) and shipping of coarse.

Price: 15.00
Sales tax: .90
Shipping: 7.35 (Priority Mail)
Total: 23.75
