Worldwide free shipping usps?

Anyone knows of any US based web sites that have worldwide usps free shipping, or just regular usps at reasonable prices?
It doesn't make much sense to me to buy a product for for 70$ then pay the same amount again for delivery.

I don't know of any myself. I think the Govt of China has a special deal with the US and UK Govt to get a deal on shipping.
