Temco...fortunately I live about 20 minutes away from them and I have always gone down and bought direct from them...they have grilled me on vaping and the needs of vapers, they are real sensitive to the community and see vaping as a market they want to service. they have always sold direct to me though they don't have a real retail outlet so to speak.
