Where to buy organic cotton?

I know you can buy organic cotton off of the internet, but are there any stores (Walmart, Whole Foods, CVS, etc.) that I could buy organic cotton from? Any help would be much appreciated.

I found Japanese shoishedo cotton at Nordstrom if you.got one near you. In the make up section a huge bag was like $8 I think?

I understand you can get organic cotten balls at Walgreens but I've not tried it.
