What Makes A Subohm Tank A Subohm Tank?

I love my Kanger subtank mini. So much so, that I've abandoned my Aspire Nautilus. Can I rebuild an Aspire BVC at a subohm resistance of around 0.5Ω - 0.7Ω? Or will bad things happen?

You could, but the nautilus coilshousing might not be able to wick fast enough for a low build, and you won't have enough airflow for it either.

There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to rebuild them. It's probably a PITA, but it's do-able.
