Since I quit smoking and started vaping I can say honestly I feel so much better. The difference in my health is almost night and day. I have noticed one side effect from vaping, I watch an excessive amount of midget porn. As a smoker I would only watch about 4 hours a day but since I started vaping I will watch 22 to 23 hours of midget porn a day. Someone please help me, I am badly dehydrated and have a severe wrist cramp.

After you smoke your last cigarette you have the ability to save enough money to pay a good doctor to keep you alive from all nonsmoking illnesses and injuries.

The poisons in your system should be gone in three days! Then it's time to deal with the damage done to your lungs etc. like coughing up tons of mucous until things start getting back to normal. If you've started vaping the cravings for a cigarette are gone as you're still getting the nicotine from your juice (nicotine is the most addictive part of smoking. You get the hand to mouth psychological part of smoking, the vapor still fills your mouth and lungs but doesn't do the damage that cigarettes do. Depending on the equipment you're using the vapor can be as warm as you prefer, as much vapor as you prefer, and the juices you choose will add a large variety of flavor, vapor, throat hit (the feeling in your throat you got when you inhaled the cigarette). All in all, except for determining the level of nicotine you need to replace what you were receiving from your daily cigarette consumption (something you should get help with from your vape shop staff) with the correct vape equipment and eLiquid ('juice') you should be able to just stop smoking and start vaping immediately.
I smoked 2+ packs of full flavor cigarettes for 40+ years. I tried absolutely EVERY possible way to quit over the years and may have been able to quit for short periods but always started again. As soon as I started vaping with the right juice, using the right mod for me, I've NEVER smoked another cigarette. My last cigarette was June 23(?) 24(?) 2011! I love vaping and within 2 weeks of starting I felt 100% better!! Good luck!
