Wechange cloning company?

I just bought a copper onyx mod clone from Wechange last night and i cant find any reviews on them, i took a shot in the dark but at $25 its no big deal, im just here to see if anyones heard of them or what your experiences are. Also the specs on the mod say the resistance is .4-3.2 ohms, does this mean i shouldnt go under .4 when i do get it

I bought it from ebay, i just wanted to buy a cheap 18650 mod to get a break from my hades clone. The resistance part isnt a big deal i just wanted to be sure because i have a .2 dual parallel build right now

outside of a dead short, arc or battery vent those are 10000% all about the battery amps.
