I'm getting into temp control but there's so many devices flooding the market right now idk which one ranks at the top. What's the best authentic device out there right now?

For temp. control, I would say the SX Mini M class.

You should take a look at the Arctic Dolphin Box Mod as well - super nice, and temperature control equipped. Also about the size of an Eleaf 30 Watt

I don't think so, after reading about it here on the forum. Looks nice, but that's about it.

I have heard good things about the SX mini, I have the dna 40 vaporshark and I'm not impressed...too long to get into my story but I'm on my second one and it's still pretty worthless.....to be honest I would hold off, lots of stuff is gonna be coming out, be patient read reviews and you tube it good luck
