@5150sick I read this article and couldnt figure out what it really meant. So a provision was attempted to be rammed into a spending bill, this provision was to put ecigs under "fda review", but it was struck down, by republicans none the less. I think this is what it meant, please correct me if im wrong.
So what the is "fda review"?

1. GOP put amendment into FDA spending bill which would have exempted electronic cigarettes and other products from the Food and Drug Administration’s pre-market review process.
2. Dems put in an amendment to block the GOP's amendment.
3. GOP blocks the Dems block.
