I think the Volt is smaller but it doesnt have TC....Have you put them side by side or seen the Mini Volt yet?

Mini Volt: 35mm * 22mm * 56mm
Artery Nugget: 31mm *22mm *55.5

Nugget is a bit heavier in the hand, i pif'd my minivolt so i dont have it to take pictures but the nugget is a little bit smaller but it is a bit heavier in the hand. In wattage mode I think the mini volt at 40w hit a little hotter than the nugget at 40w.
