What shipping option should I choose?

International folks this is from Clark to help you decide which option you should choose.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USPS 1st Class International Shipping:

* Wide variance in delivery times: Australia, for example, is anywhere between 10 business days and 6 weeks

* UNINSURED

* Does not track point-to-point, tracking does not work after it leaves the USA

* Our liability for the shipment ends at deliver to the post office - we do *not* replace or refund 1st Class International orders that are lost.

USPS Priority Shipping:

* Significantly faster shipping times: Australia, for example, generally arrives in 5-10 business days

* UNINSURED

* Tracks point-to-point, we will generally work within reason to replace an order if you opt for priority shipping as a one time convenience, with a reminder that parcels should be insured if you expect replacement.

* Generally not recommended.

USPS Priority Express Shipping:

* Faster than Priority - ETA varies by destination: Australia, for example, generally arrives in 3-5 business days

* INSURED for $100USD

* In the event of a loss, Nicoticket will replace the order immediately and file the insurance form on your behalf. Generally we "flex" the value of the insurance (IE, we take *our cost* when calculating the amount of liquid that will be replaced - $100 goes a long way when it comes to replacing sizable orders)

International customers - as a general rule, we don't experience issues with 99% of USPS 1st Class International mail, BUT, it should only be used for orders that you are willing to write-off if lost or damaged in transit. If your order approaches or exceeds $100USD in value, we very much recommend Priority Express International Shipping - it reduces the exposure of the liquid to the elements (heat/cold), and it gives us the ability to replace the order if needed. If you are even considering Priority International, just choose Priority Express - the additional speed and insurance is always worth the difference in cost.
