The o rings are not stretched over anything, they are placed on inside grooves on the sleve. Works well until you need a o ring. I have called, I have emailed, I have begged, WTF size o rings is it, I got a package of o rings in the mail. I own 3 Roughneck V2's, what size is the o rings, simple. I love the product but the question seems to complex for customer service. WTF size o rings on a Roughneck V2? Crap, help a loyal customer out, or (already begged) I'm bailing. How hard is it to send dimensions and keep your product working? What a disappointment, made in USA. Dang
