REQ: Black Cherry - Rum Flamed Crepe

What a shame for myself, first post, I'm begging for a recipe !

I had this at a brunch last w-e and it was sooooooo damn good !

Does any one have an idea how I can produce this taste

Surely these flavors would be involved

Red Cherry
Rum
Brown Sugar

I just wonder at what percentage to use them and what flavors to use to get that Crepe Bretone taste.

Wild guess:
FA Black Cherry 1%
FA Jamaican Rum 0.5%
FA Liquid Amber 0.25%
FA Cookie 1% or less
FA Catalan Cream 0.5% for a light cream/spice.

I have NO idea if this would be good, lol.
