Ummi don't understand what you are asking here....
With all handmade kits are they always going to a drip kit can it have a tank to hold the liquid
There are rebuildable tank atomizers where the 'rebuild' consists of replacing the coil with a coil made by the tank manufacturer (or a generic equivalent)
There are rebuildable tank atomizers where you build the coil.
There are rebuildable dripping atomizers, where you build the coil.
In my humble opinion, any unit that is made to be switchable between being a tank and dripping unit would most likely would do a poor job at both, for each has different needs.
If your monies are tight to where you can't afford both, I would recommend a tank unit. The reason is that dripping atomizers burn through lots more liquid than tanks do.

Also there is a great RDA called the big dripper. Gives you the best of both worlds. You can still build regular coils but you have a tank that you push down to juice the wick. Don't have to drip. Check it out. I have one for on the go or I use a Kanger Sub Mini tank.
