Fyi MY PEACHES N HONEY AKA PEACHY KEEN ; TASTES GOOD BUT THE VAPOR SMELLS LIKE CAT PISS..... #FAIL

Many others have this "Cat Piss" issue with most "Honey Flavorings"...
Some use FA Honey without issues but it's quite strong and used at 0.5% or less.
And some even dilute it some before using.

Where's a good place to get good labels
I use freezer tape (Scotch or 3M) bc it's water proof, can be written on, stays on until you want to remove it, then comes off very easily without a trace. Ugly, though.
If u want something fancy or computer-printable to give as gifts, I wish I knew. I've bought several types of more attractive labels but none perform as well as the plain old freezer tape and they cost a lot.

Have y'all tried red touch(strawberry) flavour art,it's my favorite I can't get enough!!!!

San Antonio,Texas
I have 3 Strawberry flavors, incl Red Touch, yet I can't seem to mix a Strawberry vape that doesn't taste like dirty socks. If u have a great recipe using it, maybe you could post it here?
Just bought INW Shisha Strawberry, haven't tried it yet.

I guess taste really is subjective I can vape it as a single flavor, but I usually mix with kiwi and or vanilla bean ice-cream.

Any liquid barn flavoring works great but I mix pink lemonade with blue raspberry and it's amazing.

I'll start with a few of my DIY favorites
OK to share someone else's recipe? I got this one from the Kritikal Mass website, posted by user "Hippy". This is my go-to ADV, great when I have to get the taste of yet another of my own failures off my tongue. The flavor percentage seems high, but it works.
*Pear of Dragons*
8% TFA Pear
5% TFA Bavarian Cream
3% TFA Dragonfruit
Altered thusly: Renamed Pear O' Dragons. I used Inawera Pear & TFA's DX Bavarian. I tried using 5% of the pear with my first batch, still delicious, but the 8% is better. Shake n Vape, even better after a brief steep.

I will be posting my Apricot Pavlova soon, after some minor tweaking.

To touch on that, yeah - I'll be the odd one out and raise my hand when it comes to admitting to "hiding" favorite recipes. I've shared my fair amount of personally created recipes out and about, here and there. I have no qualms about releasing creations into the ether for whoever to take, bottle and slap a label on it to call it their own. Not that anyone is, but I hope I got that sentiment clear.

It's much the same as a "secret" chili recipe, or something like that. There's a smidge of pride that grows when someone creates something that they truly like that they don't exactly want to let out. Perhaps it's because they don't want negative feedback to taint their perceptions of how "great" that "legendary" chili really was, perhaps they don't want to expose that the "magic touch" is really a little this, little that, no big deal after all. It's "my" secret and as long as it remains a secret, there's an allure to it.

Another point, kind of connected: People really like knowing things. When you withhold something... it's kinda like supply and demand. By publicly announcing that I'm withholding a recipe, I look to create demand for that recipe. When people demand, they're talking about it. In turn, they're talking about me. And people talking about me, enviously, pining for something they know they cannot have... I mean, it's a tale as old as time.

"I really wish I could get Aunt Marie's recipe for pecan pies - she makes the best ones I've ever tasted!"

Butter. It's a lot of butter, probably. But she isn't saying, because it's special to her and she likes being special. And if she's happy, and we're all happy, then it's a happy time all around.

But me? I'll keep my one, personally-top-rated, most-favorite recipe under wraps for a third reason. A much more stingy one.

I put a lot of money into it, and I like the idea of being the only person on the planet vaping this particular combination of flavorings. Considering that there are eight active ingredients beyond VG/PG/nicotine, and my ratios do not end in zeros or fives, there's a remote chance that what I roll around in my lungs is actually unique.

By "putting a lot of money" into it, I mean I threw away a lot of juice in "perfecting" it. Bottles, juice, nic, flavorings. I've got twelve different vanillas on this shelf here in front of me. I tried custards and yogurts in it. I've tried fruits. I've tried mentholated versions. I've tried bready, crumbly versions, and smooth, smothered creamy versions. I've pegged my ingredients down to the specific flavors and manufacturers to get it exactly right... and I'm still working with it.

There's a chance someone else hasn't, but I like to think that, anyways.

Just my two cents. Actually, that's more like two bucks' worth. Whew! Thanks for sticking through it, I'll share a couple recipes here to help round out your thread for putting up with my long-winded spiel.

Crisp Cranberry Custard

CAP Cranberry - 5%
FA Bilberry - 0.2%
CAP Vanilla Custard - 3%
FVH Cream - 2%
TFA Vanilla Swirl - 1.5%
FW Cheesecake - 1.5%

---

A favorite of mine this past (and current) holiday season. Swirl helps pull the custard notes down, and that cran-bilberry combo is nice and juicy and ripe tasting. Smothered in a pillow of vanilla, it's a good time. I use v1 Custard, I'm sure v2 wouldn't vary too much.

===

Pear O' Coconuts

TFA French Vanilla Creme - 1%... .75%... .5%, that should do it.
FA Pear - 4.5%
FA Coconut - 2%
TFA Vanilla Swirl - 1.5%
FVH Marshmallow - 1%
FA Nonna's Cake - 2%
Acetyl Pyrazine to taste, I prefer 1 drop per 10ml

---

Coconut is hard to pick out until that little note tickles in from the exhale and it combines with the tart fruitness of the pear in a cool way. I throw everything in a big vat of vanilla, I've come to realize. Nonna's Cake and the AP give it a thick, pastry-like flavor to let this all sit right on top of. The marshmallow is in place of the usual Cream or Fresh Cream because of the slight "off" note that it carries, works well with both the doughiness and right up fruit. Anything more than 1% (I'll admit, that's 1.5 in my notes, but I never put quite that much in) and that's all you're gonna taste. In fact, stop short of 1. I'll go change that, it's not one. It's, like, .75% at max. Maybe .5%. Yeah, go with .5%. It's pretty dang good, though. Came from vaping a simple pear-vanilla for a long, long time that got a little more stale each time I whipped out a bottle, so this is that all Frenched up.

Here is a "coffee cake" recipe that is based on a recipe that Squonk published some time ago. I substituted a main ingredient and added small amounts of others. The result is a very complex flavor that I cannot get enough of. Truly kickass.

"Super Concentrate" Coffee 1.25%
Capella Vanilla Cupcake 4.00%
Flavour Art Fresh Cream 2.00%
Inawera Shisha Vanilla 0.75%
Flavour Art Chocolate 0.75%
Flavour Art Torrone 0.75%
Capella Butter Cream 0.75%
TFA Sweetener 0.50%

Just bought INW Shisha Strawberry, haven't tried it yet.

I made a simple recipe for Cornish cream tea (no doubt others have done something similar with it already not seen it anywhere on here though apologies if it is I'll happily edit this)

4.5% FA Cornish Cream Tea
2% FA Strawberry

Allow this to steep for 2 days to allow strawberry to come out fully

Although I love scones (real ones) the plain FA CCT flavour doesn't do it justice add that extra strawberry for a proper spread of strawberry just like the real thing honest this is soooo good!

Yeah just try and pry the recepies for great dishes out of the hands of a good cook...they won't part with them...just recently I was given an old family recepie from Kentucky for a cake..one of the best fucking cakes I've ever tasted.(and I'm not even a cake fan..more of a pie /pastry guy)..it only took me knowing the lady who gave me the recepie a mere twenty years before she deemed me worthy of the knowledge....that recepie goes into an album of selected few recepies that make up our family recepie book....which is rates alongside the family bible...the recepies are sub rosa , and you have to be in direct bloodline to gain accsess.

IDK i just use plain white stickers like from office depot lol
I use the little round stickers , I have my recipes on E liquid recipes. all my recipes are numbered I put the number on the round sticker according to the recipe, and I put stickers on bottom of bottle , havent had issues they dont fall off since I don't touch bottom of bottles so no wearing the stickers away or peeling off. it doesnt take long to start memorizing the recipe by number, simple.
