Noisy Cricket 2 Name Difference Q

So I've been looking at the Noisy Cricket II-25 and I've been noticing some sellers are listing it as: Noisy Cricket II-D25, and others as: Noisy Cricket II-25.

Is there some kind of difference between the II-25 and the II-D25?

II-25 is the name that Wismec uses. People adding a D to make it clear that the 25 is highlighting that it's 25mm?
