Newbie to Dripping

So i just bought myself a Troll RDA, which I am in love with, and just started making my own coils. I am currently using Kanthal-A1 at 24 Gauge as a Dual coil with about 8 wraps each, after doing the coils my Pegasus mod reads out .35 ohms. I was wondering would it be feasible to use 32 gauge to get the Ohms to .5-ish. I used the Steam Engine and it says at the gauge of wire I have now it would take 28 wraps to accomplish this but only 8 wraps with 32 gauge. I am new to all of this so if this is a stupid question, please be kind.

As a side question, are there any certain style of coils that are better for flavor and vaping?

32 gauge is too thin in my opinion. 26 gauge 8/7 wraps will do the trick just fine.

If you are looking for a good flavor setup, dual parallel 26 gauge with 6 wraps goes to about .2-.23 and puts out pretty amazingly.

I would only use that 32 gauge to clapton wire if I were you.

since you are new to building I would keep it simple ate first, 26g about 7-8 wraps with the 2.5 or 3mm coiling tool
