New vaper here needing a little help

Hey everyone, I've been using ecigs for a while now and finally bought my first vape today. The vape I bought is a Kanger subvod mega and the problem I'm having is the juice leaks out through the air flow holes. I've tried filling it with the airflow open, closed, and I tried changing the coil but juice continues to leak out of the air holes. Some help would be much appreciated.

try taking the tank apart,, clean the connections and make sure the atty and everything else is screwed in tight

And the o-rings. Make sure they're intact. Keep doing what you're doing, closing off the airflow when you fill. Good move.

Also check to make sure the coil is fully tightened down, or maybe too tight. Run it up until the o-ring touches, than just a bit more. Too loose, it will leak. Too tight, it will deform the seal and leak anyway. Welcome to the board.

Before you open it to refill, close off the air holes, after you fill, turn it upside down. Do not overfill, leave a little glass showing.

I just wanted thank everyone for their great advice, I believe I found the issue. A wire/spring part of the coil (no idea what it's called) was cut too long and was preventing a washer from fully sealing the juice in.
