That's very cool of them. I just try and promote people messing with their stuff. And props for giving it a shot on the first board man.

I built a SX350 mod and was surprised at how easy it was, but the soldering on the DNA worries me. I ordered a couple of the clone boards from FT to try first before I try the DNA.

A 25 watt from RadioShack $12 worked great on those tiny holes

But what worries me is mounting it in the Hana mini I ripped the screen off but it was when I tried to adjust it. This time once it's in its not moving

When i do them i Set it in and hold it with some electrical tape works really good when you cut it into strips then hold it with epoxy. Right over the top of the electrical tape.

The tape let's it have a little wiggle room

Just what i do Fwiw

I am hoping my order comes in by next week. I am going to try to make a couple of custom boxes to hold the cloned DNA boards. I looked into the Shapeways cradles but have the same issue, dont want to wait 3-4 weeks for one. I have been thinking about using a sheet of 1/16 in plexi glass to build a cradle for the chips.
