Figured I'd post here rather than on another site cause I trust everyone's words here and it has to do with 18650's anyway.
Awhile ago I bought a roomba battery on ebay but within a few months it was dead and to make a long story short, it went into a drawer & forgotten about.
So recently I tore into the battery which contains 8 LGABB41865 2600mAH Bats every single one read 0 volts.. Almost recycled them all till I found a post yesterday about pushing the fuse down under the + contact.
So my question is this do I 100% NEED to use Nickel strips to join them back together ? Or can I just use regular wire and solder them together.? I know its not recommended but I have no idea where to find Nickel strips anywhere near where I live..
Thank You
Peace
