I would like to try out the preheat function but have never tried it before on any mod. Can somebody please guide me as to how to work it so that I achieve a preheat that I like?

Thank you!

Turn on your mod

Hold fire button and lower right button

Let go of Fire Button only

Scroll right with lower right button

Set the preheat and time. Try with 0.3 sec and adjust if necessarily

In the NFE Toolbox software, go to the Profiles tab and change the Preheat Type to Curve. Click on the Edit button (next to Preheat Curve). The Power Curve Editor window will appear. You can edit the power curve to your liking, give it a name of your choosing, and save. You can create up to 8 curves per configuration. (You can also reach the power curves via the Advanced tab.)

Finally, after the new settings have been successfully uploaded into the mod by clicking on the Upload settings button, you will also be able to select your desired preheat on the mod itself so the NFE Toolbox software and USB connection only are needed to Upload settings.

Thank you! I'm going to give that a try.
