You can but you have to build it higher than the minimun ohm level for the mod, usually it is over 1ohm flat. It will vape better than a tank but it will not be optimal. If you want to use the tugboat, then consider a mechanical mod. The nemesis mod is a good mod to start out with. Cheap and easy to use!
