I thought this might be an interesting topic. What mechs, any style, you really don't like having to maintain.

    I'll go first.

    The DS.

Any mech with magnets lol... can have those things a mile apart and they'll come crashing into one another.

Rig mod with Roughneck rda. There is a tool made to remove the button. I do not have one however I have a long, thin surgical tweezer that works okay. Also does anyone know how and if the Kennedy constant contact button comes apart It appears to be a 3 piece switch.

If I remember correctly with the Kennedy, the silver pin just pulls out and pops back in.

Oh I love my DS too. Thankfully because of the design it doesn't have to be done that often, but that thing is a project for a major cleaning.

I broke the magnets in my Bonza tube before I ever had a chance to use it even once.

Tough call here, but the first one that comes to mind is this one: the Underground Squonk clone.

I've had to buy tools just to fully take it apart and find its initial leaking issue, and buy o-rings or make parts out of delrin to fix it.
Still love the old beast though. :D
