"Attorneys representing the shopping center that leases to Sky Vapors on Sahara, won a lawsuit filed by 7-Eleven, which is located next door.

7-Eleven claims the landlords violated a non-compete clause that prohibits another tobacco store in the same mall, at any 7-Eleven in the valley.

In the end, the court found there was no violation because the products they sell do not actually contain tobacco, and the vapor store does not compete with 7-Eleven and their e-cigarette products."

This part is a total bullshit lie though but you have to figure Tobacco Control would release a scare statement.
