There are dozens of such printers within 25 miles of me, and dozens more providing online services, first one that popped up https://www.stickergiant.com/

It is a printing reality that quantity sets the price. We are talking 1000's here. Small quantities are best done on your own printer. I print a minimum of 5000 to get the price down below $0.10 each
