yeah and online shops everything they recomend or that i find is too loud i found a sourin vagon but my hand is too small

Yea, I tend to agree Vaping in church is not cool. Cant you wait a hour or go out when you need to vape? Not telling you what to do but maybe some options.
In my State you are prohibited from vaping by Law any place you are not supposed to smoke which is almost all buildings. Now vaping in Church aside from being disrespectful could be considered a Sin. Just my opinion though............

I’m catholic, and mass is about an hour. It’s not really anyone’s business; but, I’m curious on how long mass is that you can’t wait.
Don’t give all vapors a bad name by vaping in a place like church. That’s the sort of thing that puts the rest of the general public against us. We have a hard enough battle as it is. Respect others.
To answer your question directly though, maybe look at the old artery mods with an mtl tank like the aspire nautilus.
