Hi everyone! Would anyone know the best way to get this merchant to respond in a timely manner? I purchased some juice from them - Pancake Man 60ml in 0 mg, but they sent me Loaded E-liquid Glazed Donuts, 120ml in 6 mg! I had it shipped to a relative in California & he then shipped it to me overseas so there is no way I would be able to ship it back without having to shell out triple of what I did initially.
I got in touch with the merchant as soon as I got it, sent a photo, explained the situation, asked kindly if they could send the correct one out without having me return the incorrect item, as it would cost me more to return - I was hoping they could extend a one time courtesy. I have no use for what they sent me since this is in 6 mg, I've never used 6 mg and don't plan on starting to now. The merchant is insisting that I ship the item back despite the cost, or ship it back upon returning to California. This will not happen as I don't live there to begin with nor am I visiting anytime soon. I had even asked them to verify my location through my IP address, if it was really necessary.
While I do recognize that the item should have been checked before being shipped overseas, the merchant should have been at the very least apologetic about the error (unfortunately they do not respond in a timely manner and the few times that they have, it has been canned). I also have read that some shops are unfortunately having to dispose of their bigger sized juices with higher nic levels effective Aug 8th. I'm not sure if there is any truth to that, or the reason behind it, but I can't help but think that I may have been duped! Flavor, size, nic level all wrong!
This is not the first time I have purchased from them, but it will probably be the last. I have purchased a Minikin from them which I'm still using without any problems, so I can confirm that they are legit, but they have terrible customer service. I'm thankful that I'm only out by $20.00, which may not be a lot to some, but this is enough to take my business elsewhere! Now I'm not saying you shouldn't purchase from them at all, as I have said yes they are legit, perhaps you can just be mindful of the risks involved with purchasing from this merchant. What if I purchased and ran into problems with something much more expensive? Sadly they are no longer responding to me. Vape Society Supply, if you are reading this please do the right thing and send me what is rightfully mine! Hopefully my bank can help me with a chargeback, but I'm still going to give it a few days. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would highly appreciate it! TLDR but thanks for your time!
***I have since found out from another forum that Vape Society Supply is basically the same as E Juice Mafia.. I'm surprised they are still in business after reading all the negative reviews!! Hopefully no one here goes through the same thing!
