Is this theory correct when I change my vg/pg ratio?

I will probably change my vg/pg ratio from 70/30 to 60/40. If I use the same flavor percentages will it be slightly stronger since I read pg is a better flavor carrier?

Not necessarily, but it can bring out different flavor nuances since VG is sweeter.

Now I am confused. So different flavors may taste differently but the mix may not be as sweet? I think I said that correctly.

Everything will be fine, im all over from 50/50 to max VG and don't adjust for it
