Is my coil rusting?

I have the eleaf 50w with aspire v2 and ive had two coils do this now . Is it rusting or what it is like turning white..

I can't really see but what I think is happening is that it is oxidizing to a certain extent which happens normally.

Also, your e liquids will cause a layer of "Gunk" to build up on your coils. Again quite natural and it can be removed by dry burning the coils.

Dry burning? Sorry im new to this. What do you suggest to clean it or whatever? Like like it heat up abit without juice in it?

Just pull out any wicking material then fire those coils up til they glow red a few times then when cooled down brush off lightly with a soft tooth brush.

you are using a coil head not a rba which I thought so please disregard my last reply. You would need to just re build it if you know how.

Like i have new coils for it, but this is my second coil that the metal changed colours like that :s

Umm the first i didnt notice for a week maybe it was pretty gross looking this one is maybe few days old :s

I only get about 4 days of use out of mine being a heavy vaper . Where did you buy them from?

Well its turning a white kind of colour , im using e juice from cloud co, its a 30pg 70vg mix 0 nicotine

The thing about pre-made coil heads is that you can run into a bad batch of them at any time and there is pretty much nothing you can do about it.

Some companies will make it right by you but not all.

Yeah, i went out and bought two more i still havent opened... Hope it goes better with these ones
