I have 2 IPV3's and form time to time I see what looks like scan lines on the display, this is a sign that you're atty posts need to be tightened. works every time.

What if your atty's sitting flush on the mod and can't screw down any further?

I always get the scan lines.

You check and clean your other connections like the 510, battery etc... if you still have trouble, contact the support from where you purchased it as soon as you can.

I guess I should have been more clear, when I get the scan lines its because my posts screws that hold in the cools were loose, not the 510 adjusting post.

I got those after the first power up post update. Scared me but haven't seen them since.

I've gotten these off and on since new. Took a few days to even notice. It's subtle and only after firing, once the screen is darker. A google search found a reddit thread which the consensus seemed it's a refresh rate thing, and normal. I'm not concerned.

Right on. I figured it was something along those lines.

Yup. Apparently the screen receives less power when not in the firing and lit up mode, thus resulting in the scan lines. If others have it, and it doesn't affect performance, I'm cool.
