"Sen. Yoder said he understands the concern from business owners. That’s why the bill has already been amended. The price a manufacturer would pay for permit was reduced from $5,000 to $1,000.

“Under my bill, if you want to buy a product from California, a wholesaler or manufacturer that makes it out there, they’re going to have to follow the Indiana laws which I don’t think onerous to be honest,” he said."

Until there is 300 of these rules throughout the nations Counties & States.
What juice vendor is going to kick out $300,000 to do business?
Big Tobacco maybe? - 5150:)

The big issue that I'm still waiting to hear about, and informed the group of shop owners taking point on this battle, is that there are Federal laws that prevent states from enacting laws that restrict interstate trade by making it difficult for out of state businesses to compete with in-state businesses.
