I don't know what it is, but I am horrible with numbers.
lets say a recipe calls for 1% of a flavor, and I want to make 10ml.
I take 1 divided by 10 which equals .1, is that correct?
Or would I take the 1%, and move the decimal 2 places to the left which would be .01?
It's weird because I did really good in my anatomy classes, but I suck at basic math. I haven't done math in like over 10 years, so I apologize if this is a dumb question.
Thank you
