Yep, so here I am. Joined the forums last night to post a thread asking a question and the solution was already right there waiting for me when I got out of bed this morning. Which means--for better or worse--I've decided to stick around awhile. (read: blame @Just Frank for being so damn helpful)
I quit smoking about... 10 months ago? Have saved a lot of money in the long run and my general wellness has greatly improved. I was smoking around a pack a day, sometimes even a pack in a single night shift. Typically, I work ten hour shifts during graveyard hours and there's not much to do other than go outside to enjoy the "fresh air" (AKA. chainsmoke like a muhfah).
It's sad to say, but sometimes I'd start to feel queasy by the time morning was approaching and I'm pretty sure it was the cigarettes. Even sadder to say, when I don't feel well all I want is my little fix of nicotine, which was just compounding the issue. I felt pretty awful; sickly because of the cigarettes and wanting a cigarette as a comfort because I felt poorly.
Since switching off combustibles, I haven't experienced the same again.
I gave my backup mod to a new vaper who was interested in another line of employment and needed help to ween them off of one habit and onto another. Which has left me with my Smok T-Priv 220, but I've been thinking about getting a squonker as my backup to begin experimenting with that. My current mod came with the Big Baby Beast tank, but I replaced it with a Cloud Beast King (because I guess I'm extra) and that pretty much lives there now. Pretty recently I got into RBAs on the CBK, which has further saved my wallet from harm and I find coil building to be quite an enjoyable hobby! I liked it so much that I stopped buying pre-built coils for the BBB and grabbed an RBA for it as well; incidentally that led me to this place.
I'm currently waiting on my Wasp Nano RDTA (resin model) to come in the mail and can't wait! It has had such good reviews regarding flavor and I've seen some YouTube videos of guys chucking some nice clouds off the little guy.
Anyways, thanks for having built such a resourceful and well-informed community that's willing to share that knowledge. For someone who is fresh on the scene and seldom has time to visit the local vape shops, I really need advice from time to time. /endrambling
