You know, before I signed up here I had joined ECF. I joined for one reason and one reason only and it was to ask a specific question about an Atty in one thread. When I discovered I'd just spent five minutes of my time signing up and responding to a verification email to o ly be restricted to asking a question in a "new member forum", of which I knew for a fact that 1) I wasn't going to get a pertinent answer and 2) I'd just wasted valuable time I could of devoted to finding the answer elsewhere.. Well, I was pissed. So my very first post was a rant. Expletives galore pointing out the fact that WTF, its a vaping forum for Christ sake, why the fucking hoops? It reminded me a lot of the antics that have evolved over time that have ruined what was once the greatest development related forum on the planet, XDA.
After joining here and reading so many posts about the atrocities some have endured there, I'm glad I stumbled on you lot. For the first time in ages I have enjoyed participating on a forum.
As per the OP, apparently I can't like your post there, it appears my account never existed. Kind of wondering if I might hold the title for the fastest ban on ECF... First post, gone, account no longer exists.

That is what happened to me I had some questions about something I was going to buy and after finding out I had to wait for this that and other to just find out an answer. That just pissed me off to the point of never going back. In USA we do things differently we are not progressive, socialists or communists yet and if I can help it we never will be.

Well, I would not claim that as advertising to banned members. I would call it reaching out to the next free thinking person to get the banhammer. They act so GROWN UP, then shouldn't they except grown up humor and the ability to have an opinion as an adult? Should they childishly ban everyone who doesn't want to conform to their views? I think not. We are not childish here. We have fun. It isn't like eatting dinner at grandmas house, you know, boring, no real conversation, having to keep your elbows off the table. I think that they are very childish and they will never run out of wick because they have to keep a box of cotex on hand at all times. Make sure they are fresh scented ECF because your forum stinks. I was a ECF refugee at another forum years ago.

If VU members pride themselves on being grown-up free thinkers who have seen the light, they shouldn't post provocations on other forums. It doesn't convey a good image of VU, and gives ECF valid reasons to edit out the name of that other childish forum whose members keep nagging them. If I was VaporJoes, I'd be pissed off...

Yeah but they ALREADY edit that name out. Your cause and effect is a little backwards. They say they don't participate in blog wars, but isn't banning all their users across the board from even mentioning another blog an act of blog war?
Look, if we want to be better than ECF, let's just ignore the damn place. All I'm saying is, if you ignore them, THEY look silly for editing out "vapingunderground". If you nag them, they can say "oh yeah, we do that because they keep pissing us off". Don't you see?
