Hitman: Agent 47 is now slated to hit the silver screen August 21, a week earlier than originally planned.
According to Box Office Mojo, 20th Century Fox has pushed up the release of the video game adaption by one week. Previously, Hitman: Agent 47 was supposed to premiere August 28, and before that, the action flick was scheduled for February 27.
The new release date for Hitman: Agent 47 means the film will go up against the action comedy American Ultra, starring Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart, and horror flick Sinister 2.
