Hi there, I saw your other thread about this, although I am not too up on this type of device, I would say either your charger is bad or the mod/battery itself could be, do you have a back up, is the mod new or used?

Sounds like you have a bum device.

I would take it back to where you got it and swap it out for a working unit or get a refund.

Sounds like a short to me... did you by any chance get juice inside the 510 connection?

Other than that.. I'd say its a dud.
