Help with a warranty return

Okay. I keep hearing about the 0 - 15 - 30 day return policies when purchasing a mod, atty, battery etc... and then a 1 yr manufacture warranty. How do I return an item to a manufacture for replacement/repair? Yes I am talking about the Pioneer4u Seven - 22 that was purchased in April 2014 in Chicago @ Vapefest.

I bought my seven 30 from these guys on ebay... They are an authorized reseller/distributor and should be able to help with repairs ...

I bought my defective Seven-22 from vapercompany.com and they honored an exchange far exceeding the 10 day policy. What you really want to do is contact the vendor and cite the numerous websites and youtube videos discussing the defects. You can also search YouTube and Google for "Seven-22 Problems".
Sent an email here as well. With all this help I should be able to get a reply by a vendor that will help me!
